Description

Provide technical expertise and support for Teamcenter and Creo configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve key systemic production issues and act as the first point of contact for problem resolution.
• Manage Teamcenter Multisite issues and support daily user and admin requirements.
• Onboard new users to Teamcenter and support Creo installations and configurations.
• Develop technical documentation including test cases for system integration testing, UAT, and user training manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve TC-Creo integration issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of direct experience with Teamcenter configurations and L1/L2/L3 issue support.
• Expertise in Active Workspace versions and configurations.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter workflows, Classification administration, Project, and Access Manager.
• Hands-on experience with BMIDE using ITK, C++, Java, and SOA.
• Deep knowledge of Creo customizations and configurations on both server and client sides.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex Teamcenter end-user issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM and the manufacturing domain.
• Experience with Multi CAD support.
