KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Design & Realization: Lead software-specific design, realization, testing, deployment and release management for enterprise package-based applications.
• Requirements & Data Modeling: Define product scope, business objectives and technical specifications. Create robust data models and detailed functional/technical documentation for development teams.
• Business-IT Liaison: Serve as the primary technical consultant and liaison between end-users, business analyst teams and IT developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive product validation and testing strategies (Unit, Integration and UAT) using methodological testing frameworks to ensure zero-defect releases.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing computer system limitations, capacity and operating times to re-engineer processes for maximum efficiency.
• Regulatory & Compliance Research: Research and document industry regulations, legal compliance mandates and platform impacts affecting overall system design.
• User Training & Enablement: Develop training methodologies, functional documentation and conduct end-user training to support solution adoption.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application consulting.
• Package-Based Solutions: Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing enterprise package-based platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or major financial platform packages).
• Systems Analysis: Expert-level capability in requirement gathering, functional/technical specification (FSD/TSD) writing and scoping.
• Data Modeling & Architecture: Hands-on experience creating data models and technical architecture specs for software engineering teams.
• Testing & Training Capabilities: Strong functional background in QA/testing methodologies and developing end-user training frameworks.
• Domain Expertise: Prior technical or functional experience in Banking or Financial Services environments is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional client-facing, analytical and stakeholder management skills
