Description

You provide technical SaaS support and serve as the primary point of contact for customer product issues and configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce and debug application issues in local environments to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize, escalate, and resolve critical defects.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing post-deployment to ensure product stability.
• Assist customers with system configurations and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
• Document issue resolutions, workarounds, and test results thoroughly.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer relationship and product support.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with issue resolution and defect tracking.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
