Description

You serve as the primary technical contact for global customers using our SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce and debug application issues in a local environment to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize, escalate, and resolve critical defects.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software stability.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks for improved reliability.
• Document test cases, test plans, and detailed results for all software enhancements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in product support or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in application support and debugging software issues.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience handling global stakeholders.
• Ability to perform comprehensive software testing and defect tracking.
• Foundational programming knowledge in Python, Java, or C#.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
