Description

You will manage and support the Maximo platform infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring system stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues related to Maximo and Interact mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot integration problems with external systems, specifically ServiceNow.
• Address deployment challenges, including database mismatches, and assist in rebuilding disaster recovery (DR) environments.
• Support Maximo upgrades across environments while ensuring system compatibility and applying fix packs.
• Configure, manage, and maintain VMs and WebSphere infrastructure for Maximo operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Maximo technical administration and management.
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting, specifically Shell.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mobile systems, integrations, and deployment challenges.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, including Db2 and Oracle.
• Expertise in upgrading Maximo environments and applying fix packs.
• Experience configuring and managing VMs and WebSphere infrastructure.
• Ability to work with vendors on patching, upgrades, and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency in backend programming and log file analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data center migrations and cloud platform integrations.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
