Description

Lead MES plant services management and oversee daily operations to align with production goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES Plant Services by coordinating team tasks and driving continuous improvement based on performance data.
• Provide first and second-level technical support, troubleshooting MES software and hardware issues, and coordinating with vendors.
• Monitor system performance and availability, executing maintenance tasks including updates, backups, and patch management.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance through periodic reviews.
• Develop end-user training programs and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT support experience within MES or manufacturing environments, specifically in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Familiarity with MES software solutions such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider Electric.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues.
• Knowledge of networking principles and system administration.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MES upgrades, testing, and validation processes to meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Generate reports on production metrics and system performance.
