Description

You provide production support for Blue Yonder WMS and Planning modules, handling incidents, service requests, and defects in shift rotations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot material planning, inventory, and replenishment issues to restore system functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with development teams for defects.
• Monitor planning batches, jobs, and interfaces to ensure operational continuity.
• Support business users during planning cycles and peak operational periods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on support experience with Blue Yonder WMS or Planning modules.
• Proficiency in MOCA for debugging and analysis.
• Strong SQL query skills for data investigation and reporting.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations with SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of interface and batch job monitoring and resolution.
• Understanding of material planning, replenishment processes, and inventory management logic.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
