Description

You will design and develop ServiceNow applications, focusing on Human Resource Service Management (HR), while leading technical decisions and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using ServiceNow HR or custom modules to meet business process requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Provide technical guidance to the team, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot application defects, conduct unit testing, and support system integration testing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to key technical decisions across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR) or custom application creation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and ServiceNow HR best practices.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HR solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in creating technical specifications and design documents for application development.
• Ability to lead team decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Cloud Migration & Implementation experience.
• 15 years of full-time education required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
