Description

You will develop, test, and support customizations within the D365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Your work involves building solutions, managing releases, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate customizations for forms, views, tables, and fields in D365.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code to ensure quality.
• Package and support release deployments following DevOps and change management processes.
• Analyze and resolve technical application issues, leveraging AI tools for research.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of applicable experience in Dynamics 365 (D365) and CRM.
• Strong understanding of D365 customization principles.
• Experience with Power Platform AI features, including AI Builder and intelligent automation.
• Ability to build conversational and task-based copilots using Copilot Studio.
• Adherence to high-quality development standards to deliver solutions on time.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for problem-solving and research.
