• The Release Engineer will support and coordinate application releases for Pega Cloud environments, ensuring smooth, timely, and controlled deployments across lower and higher environments.
• This role requires a foundational understanding of release management principles combined with hands on coordination using Pega Cloud tools such as Pega Deployment Manager, Pega Dev Studio, and Pega Diagnostic Center.

Primary Skills (Must have)

• Release coordination and deployment support in enterprise environments
• Hands on exposure to Pega Cloud Systems, including - Pega Deployment Manager, Pega Dev Studio, Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC)
• Monitor application health using Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC) during and after releases.
• Understanding of SDLC, release management, and environment promotion concepts
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Basic troubleshooting and issue triage during deployments
• Participate in CAB/Release review calls and provide deployment status updates.

Secondary Skills (Nice to have)

• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts
• Exposure to cloud platforms and managed cloud services
• Understanding of change management and ITIL processes
• Experience with release documentation and audit/compliance requirements
• Ability to support production releases in regulated or large enterprise environments
