Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the core load distribution engine for dynamic homing, weighted scoring, and hysteresis-based routing decisions.
• Build high-throughput API and messaging services for metrics ingestion and event-driven communication.
• Implement distributed coordination, leader election, and consensus mechanisms across active-active deployments.
• Develop scalable services capable of processing high assignment volumes while maintaining reliability during site isolation and network partition scenarios.
• Integrate caching, recovery, persistence, and observability capabilities into production-grade distributed services.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 8 years of relevant software engineering experience in backend or distributed systems development.
• Strong commercial experience developing applications with Core Java or Golang.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, concurrency control, finite state machines, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing scalable backend services and high-throughput APIs or messaging layers.
• Practical understanding of distributed coordination, caching, persistence, and fault-tolerant service architectures.

Good to Have:

• Experience building or operating microservices architectures.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
