Description

Design, build, and configure Workday Core HCM and Prism Analytics solutions based on business requirements. You will translate user needs into technical specifications, troubleshoot applications, and ensure system integrity through code reviews and debugging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday Core HCM applications aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and integrate Workday Prism Analytics with Core HCM data sources.
• Lead technical decisions and serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and conduct code reviews to maintain application quality.
• Document technical specifications and train end-users on application usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM configuration and development.
• Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics design and implementation.
• Workday Prism certification (required).
• Knowledge of Workday security models and data privacy best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
