Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable solutions for ServiceNow Implementation.
• Design, develop/configure, test and maintain assigned solutions.
• Collaborate with business, functional, QA, architecture and delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment and production support.
• Prepare technical/functional documentation and follow project standards.
• Apply best practices for security, performance, quality and maintainability.
• Skills expected: SAP PP.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 Years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Implementation or a closely related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP.
• Good understanding of enterprise application development/implementation and integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Relevant certification is an advantage
