Description

You will develop and maintain software solutions for DIR processes and operations, improving efficiency through code and system support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze programming needs and develop applications that improve DIR process efficiency.
• Identify and implement modifications to existing applications based on user feedback.
• Test applications to troubleshoot and resolve problems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain databases, securing them with backup and restoration strategies.
• Provide system and network support as backup staff when needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Experience maintaining databases, including security and backup procedures.
• Proficiency in Network Administration.
• Ability to analyze system malfunctions and implement corrective solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining application documentation for technical and end-users.
• Capability to develop and deliver user training for new and updated applications.
• Experience working with vendors to advance IT system development.
