Description

You will develop, modernize, and maintain applications within the telecommunications domain, focusing on legacy system migration and performance optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer legacy C/C++ codebases to map functionality and dependencies.
• Plan and execute migration projects moving applications and data to modern platforms.
• Design and maintain database objects in Oracle, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Configure and manage web and application servers such as Apache HTTP Server and Tomcat.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications to improve performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in C/C++ programming.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux scripting for automation.
• Experience configuring and managing Apache HTTP Server and Tomcat.
• Ability to perform performance tuning and query optimization on high-volume systems.
• Familiarity with analyzing and modernizing legacy systems.
