Description

You will develop omni-channel microservices in Java and Spring Boot to support account service functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical user stories into design specifications and quality code.
• Develop, test, and deploy code to production environments.
• Monitor production applications and resolve code-related issues.
• Participate in and drive technical design discussions.
• Support the development of experience APIs for multiple clients.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience covering design, development, testing, and deployment.
• 4+ years of microservices development using Java and Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and build tools including GitHub, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience working within Agile or Safe-Agile team frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests using JUnit and Spock/Groovy.
• Experience in production application support and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Kafka, Confluent Kafka, or Azure Event Hub.
