Required Qualifications

• Mandatory: Java | Spring Boot | Spring Batch | SQL | Stored Procedures | REST APIs | Git/GitHub | AI Coding Tools
• 3+ years of professional application development experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Java, including modern Java versions and features.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Spring Batch applications and batch-processing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including:
  • Complex queries, joins, and subqueries.
  • Query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL stored procedures.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, coding standards, and application architecture.
• Experience with source control and modern development practices, preferably Git/GitHub.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools, for code generation, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and improving developer productivity.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and application troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
