Description

You will design, develop, and configure software systems through the full lifecycle from analysis to maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop software components according to technical designs.
• Develop Java and Scala based REST APIs.
• Create and execute unit tests for all developed components.
• Troubleshoot development and production environment issues.
• Produce technical estimates for new functionality and client work requests.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with Java.
• 7-10 years of experience with JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in REST API development.
• Experience using Gradle.
• Understanding of NoSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
• Ability to analyze logs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk.
• Familiarity with Scala and the Play framework.
• Familiarity with Drools, Postman, or DynamoDB.
