Description

You will build and maintain Mendix-based contact center applications integrated with Avaya telephony systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement application structures in Mendix Studio Pro to streamline agent workflows.
• Develop custom Java Actions to interface with Avaya SDKs and unsupported protocols.
• Build custom UI widgets using React and TypeScript for omnichannel agent dashboards.
• Configure and maintain REST and SOAP APIs via MuleSoft or Apigee for legacy system integration.
• Deploy and manage Mendix infrastructure in AWS or Azure using Terraform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expert-level Mendix Studio Pro, including Microflow/Nanoflow logic and Domain Model optimization.
• Deep hands-on mastery of Avaya Aura, CMS, and Communication Manager Elite.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integration, specifically using MuleSoft or Apigee.
• Proficiency in Java for custom extensibility within the Mendix environment.
• Experience building UI components with React and TypeScript.
• Practical experience deploying cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) using Terraform.
• Working knowledge of VoIP systems and SIP signaling protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with containerized deployment automation.
• Knowledge of legacy telephony hardware integration.
