Description

You will design, develop, and maintain business applications using the Appian platform, owning the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Appian applications based on detailed business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing business processes and workflows using Appian BPM tools.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on application features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as an Appian Developer.
• Hands-on experience designing workflows, process models, and user interfaces in Appian.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies.
• Experience integrating Appian applications with external systems.
• Proficiency in debugging, testing, and optimizing Appian solutions.
• Knowledge of Appian best practices and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
