JD:
• Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
• Solid understanding of multithreading, OOPs, and design best practices
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA and SQL
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and MVC frameworks
• Familiarity with AngularJS / OOJS (for full stack roles)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in unit testing and use of CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have:
• Experience with messaging systems like ActiveMQ
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
