Description

You will develop and support applications for the Department of Human Services Child Support Application, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions outlined by the tech debt team using secure programming techniques and technical standards.
• Perform regular health checks and analysis on production platforms to identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
• Coordinate with operations, development, and business teams to resolve urgent production incidents and major service issues.
• Design and develop solutions to fix identified problems, reported defects, and enterprise platform monitoring tools.
• Manage update releases, unit testing, configuration management, and source code control throughout the application lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of professional experience using Angular.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Experience supporting enterprise production software systems to maintain uptime and performance.
• Strong technical analysis skills for multilayered system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience interacting with infrastructure, QA, and change/release management teams.
• Ability to provide regular status reports and metrics regarding critical outages to management.
• Knowledge of building REST services.
