Description

Design and develop technical solutions for the enterprise email platform using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build HTML/CSS email templates and code snippets using SFMC code blocks.
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.
• Manage Web Analytics Connector and UTM tagging for accurate performance reporting.
• Coordinate API integrations and platform setup with SFMC partners.
• Lead technical account documentation and serve as subject matter expert for email deployment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years experience in digital retail operations or enterprise email marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email coding and client optimization.
• Experience with JSON and XML data formats.
• Knowledge of SOAP/RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with personalization platforms like MovableInk.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to lead teams directly or indirectly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AMPscript, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Familiarity with SQL, SSL certificates, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
