Description

You will lead the redesign and rebuild of the internal intranet to improve usability, accessibility, and functionality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive and accessible intranet user interfaces aligned with branding guidelines.
• Implement Microsoft Azure AD authentication for secure user access and role-based permissions.
• Build structured content templates and navigation for HR, Procurement, and IT functions.
• Migrate existing content and assist with organizational structures.
• Provide technical documentation and training for content editors and administrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development and design.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration.
• Ability to design system architecture for internal platforms.
• Experience creating technical documentation and user guides.
• Strong understanding of Information Technology workflows.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and current state analysis.
• Ability to deliver design mockups and wireframes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing intranet migrations and content organization.
