Description

You will develop and maintain scalable Java applications with a focus on security and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement RESTful APIs using Tomcat, handling JSON and XML data formats.
• Apply cryptography implementations within Java environments to ensure data security.
• Execute testing suites using JUnit to validate application logic.
• Perform code reviews to enforce security standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Java 8 features, including Lambda Expressions and Parallel Streams.
• Proficiency with Tomcat, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit testing frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Python scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Kafka Streams.
