Description

Design and deploy full-stack data applications on Azure Databricks using Python and modern web frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Databricks applications with Python-based backends.
• Create comprehensive batch and streaming data pipelines on Azure Databricks.
• Design and implement Lakehouse platforms using Medallion Architecture and Unity Catalog.
• Develop full-stack applications utilizing Python, Django, Flask, and Streamlit.
• Deploy Python services using Kubernetes for scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive experience with Databricks app development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Delta Lake, Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture.
• Proficiency in advanced Python development.
• Experience with backend frameworks: Django and Flask.
• UI development using Streamlit.
• Deploying applications on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and certification processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Collibra for data governance.
