Description

You will develop, integrate, and test complex software application systems, owning the technical direction from requirements analysis through functional review.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into new application features.
• Define test plan objectives to ensure business requirements are met and future system reliability.
• Coordinate application development activities to align with existing IT systems and environments.
• Review and manage the defect resolution process for system issues and performance.
• Prepare and follow policies to ensure corporate data security, including NERC & SOX compliance.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of applications programming experience.
• Expert knowledge of best practices in software development, application security, and configuration management/code deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Databases and PL/SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of Java.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and system environments, including 5+ years relational database and 3+ years application/system integration.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology and ITIL tools like Jira/ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of SQL and XML.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
