Description

You will build and maintain support applications, integrations, and tools to improve operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between Zendesk and external services including Vimeo, Salesforce, Airtable, and Slack.
• Manage the webhook integration between Zendesk and Vimeo.
• Develop and customize the Help Centre front end, including SSO implementation and membership-based customizations.
• Implement Help Centre integrations such as AI chatbots and manage various Zendesk widgets and contact forms.
• Build and evolve the Enterprise phone support line using Twilio.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a systems application developing or engineering role within customer support.
• 3+ years of experience working with Zendesk app frameworks and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, and PHP.
• Experience with ReactJS and NextJS.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Functions.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD.
• Ability to customize support experiences based on customer identification and membership types.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining phone systems in Twilio Studio, including Flows, Functions, and TwiML.
