Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, including voice and routing logic.
• Build backend integrations and APIs using Node.js to support Amazon Connect workflows.
• Implement and troubleshoot real-time communication features where applicable (e.g., WebRTC-based experiences).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into contact center automation and integration logic.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution for production contact center services.

Skills Required:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, and configuration)
• Node.js for backend services and integrations
• AWS fundamentals for deploying and operating services
• API development and testing to support contact center workflows

Good to Have:

• JavaScript
• WebRTC
• Contact Flow development and optimization

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
