Description

Build and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and backend integrations using Node.js.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, including voice and routing logic.
• Build backend integrations and APIs using Node.js to support Amazon Connect workflows.
• Implement and troubleshoot real-time communication features where applicable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into contact center automation.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution for production contact center services.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, and configuration).
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend services and integrations.
• Solid understanding of AWS fundamentals for deploying and operating services.
• Experience with API development and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with WebRTC.
