Description

You will design, develop, and implement computer systems and applications to support multiple agency instances of the Accela Civic Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement web and client-server applications, including the rewrite of legacy systems.
• Provide technical consultation to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes.
• Support and enhance agency data needs through the maintenance and modification of existing applications.
• Manage Accela scripting, configuration, and security role setups.
• Evaluate new development tools and provide technical support to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing, Case Management, and Accela Citizen Access.
• 5+ years of experience in the Accela environment covering design, development, testing, and scripting (event, batch, pageflow, and expression).
• 5+ years of experience with Accela data migration using the Accela Data Migration Tool.
• 5+ years of experience setting up application security roles, security best practices, and FIDS.
• 5+ years of experience with reporting using AD HOC and Crystal reports.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
• 3+ years of experience with Accela Mobile Office.
• Proficiency in PowerBuilder, JAVA, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, and web services.
• Experience with Accela payment adapter configurations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft VISIO, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Accela GIS.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle databases.
