Description

Lead application development teams within a mainframe environment, owning the full SDLC from business requirement translation to technical specification and task management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor developers on technical issue resolution, tool usage, and project task completion.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical architects to define solutions.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Manage development tasks through every phase of the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development team lead experience in a mainframe environment.
• 7+ years of RPG development experience.
• 7+ years of relational database development experience with DB2.
• Deep understanding of database system constraints, referential integrity, and database normalization.
• 7+ years of experience with CLLE command language.
• 7+ years of experience with DDS for interactive screens, menus, files, and report definitions.

• Any Graduate degree.
