Description

Lead application development teams in a mainframe environment, owning the full SDLC from business requirement translation to technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor developers on technical issue resolution, tool usage, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical architects to align solutions.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development team lead experience in a mainframe environment.
• 7+ years of RPG development experience.
• 7+ years of relational database development experience, specifically with DB2.
• Deep knowledge of database system constraints, referential integrity, and normalization.
• 7+ years of experience with CLLE command language.
• 7+ years of experience with DDS for Interactive Screen, Menu, File, and Report definitions.
• Any Graduate degree.
