Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of core applications in an Agile environment. You will own the full development lifecycle while mentoring the team and ensuring code quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of complex applications.
• Maintain existing applications and document technical requirements and business rules.
• Ensure all development activities comply with established software standards.
• Provide production support and implement necessary changes to source system code.
• Mentor the development team to support their technical skill growth.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of .NET application development experience.
• 5+ years in a Lead or Architect role.
• Proficiency in .NET and React.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile projects.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
