Description

Lead application development efforts within a mainframe environment. You will supervise and mentor developers on technical issue resolution, tool usage, and best practices. Perform code reviews to ensure quality. Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Execute tasks through every phase of the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development team lead experience in a mainframe environment.
• 7+ years of RPG development experience.
• 7+ years of relational database development experience.
• 7+ years of experience with CLLE command language.
• 7+ years of experience with DDS (Interactive Screen, Menu, File, and Report definitions).
• Deep understanding of database system constraints, referential integrity, and normalization.

Preferred Skills

• DB2 experience.
