Description

Lead development teams in building large-scale enterprise information systems, translating business and system requirements into Microsoft technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software architecture implementations, including integration points and data flows.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards across multiple teams.
• Provide technical guidance on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead development efforts in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the Microsoft Tech Stack.
• Minimum of 5 years leading technical teams.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing large-scale web and mobile applications using React.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
