Lead development teams in building large-scale enterprise information systems and translate business requirements into Microsoft technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in Agile environments to deliver large-scale enterprise systems.
• Oversee software architecture implementations, integration points, and data flows.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards across multiple teams.
• Translate business and system requirements into robust Microsoft technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the Microsoft Tech Stack.
• Minimum 5 years leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing large-scale web and mobile applications using React.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.
