Description

You will develop, enhance, and support wire transfer applications using ACI MTS. You will own the full lifecycle of COBOL-based legacy payment modules, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with financial regulations. You will integrate backend services using Java/J2EE and Oracle, while managing Unix/AIX scripting and automation for job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) applications.
• Build and integrate backend services using Java/J2EE and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Design, code, and support COBOL-based legacy payment modules.
• Perform Unix/AIX scripting, job scheduling, and automation tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues across Dev, QA, and Production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with ACI Money Transfer System (MTS).
• Strong expertise in COBOL development for financial systems.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE for integration with legacy platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Experience with Unix/AIX environments, including scripting and debugging.
• Deep understanding of wire transfer/payment systems (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS).
• Experience in production support and high-availability systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in legacy system modernization or API integration.
• Knowledge of financial compliance and risk controls.
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments.
