Seniority: 5+ years total experience, with 3+ years specifically working across our core backend and AI stack.

Core Stack: Python (FastAPI), GCP, Azure, Machine Learning Backend

Must-Haves: Asyncio, microservices architecture, system architecture, design patterns applied to AI, GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS), Docker multi-stage builds, Relational and Non-relational databases.

AI Must-Haves: Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), API integrations, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and orchestration of AI agents.

Soft Skills/Shared: Ability to write PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and RFCs before coding, break down vague requests into technical tasks, end-to-end feature ownership
