Description

You will design and build backend services and AI integrations using Python, GCP, and Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices using Python (FastAPI) and async patterns.
• Develop AI solutions including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Write PRDs and RFCs to translate vague requirements into technical tasks.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS) and Azure.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to production maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years total experience, with 3+ years in backend and AI stacks.
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Asyncio.
• Experience with microservices architecture and system design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Docker multi-stage builds.
• Understanding of AI tools like Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API integrations and orchestration of AI agents.
• Ability to write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
