Description

You will own application development and support activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using C# and .NET aligned with business requirements and architectural strategies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to create accurate estimates and timelines.
• Perform coding for in-house applications and configuration management for COTS applications using secure programming techniques.
• Manage the release process, including unit testing, source code control, deployment, and organizing code builds for User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide operational support ranging from minor bug fixes to major enhancements and modernization planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with C# and the .NET framework.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with SQL for database management and querying.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and configuration management.
• Ability to work within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience performing disciplined unit testing to minimize defects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modernization planning and major enhancements.
