Description

You will lead AEM development efforts, ensuring enterprise-grade architecture and delivery. You own the technical direction for component development, workflows, and integrations within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AEM components, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communication and align technical execution with business goals.
• Implement Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for streamlined delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AEM development.
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AEM architecture and component development.
• Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Java, OSGi, and Sling.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
• Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Experience Cloud certification.
