Description

You will develop and maintain data platform solutions while providing Tier One and Tier Two production support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications.
• Develop, modify, and maintain software products, including data ingestion and extract jobs.
• Troubleshoot job failures, missing files, and investigate API request/response logs.
• Monitor inbound and outbound extract jobs, logs, and Control & Balance reports.
• Manage interactions with external vendors and internal customers to set expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application programming and the software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems, specifically Redshift and DynamoDB.
• Intermediate knowledge of AWS Cloud services.
• Experience with API concepts and principles.
• Competency in using Jenkins for development workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to perform data analysis and address data quality issues.
• Ability to work independently with loosely defined problems.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Lambda, Appflow, AirFlow, DBT, CloudFormation, S3, QuickSight, Glue, Athena, or Lake Formation.
• Knowledge of membership, provider, and claims data domains.
• Familiarity with APIGEE, MFT, EC2, Bitbucket, or AWS Eventbridge and CloudWatch.
