Description

You will develop, troubleshoot, and maintain multi-tier enterprise software systems using COBOL, TAL, TACL, and Caché ObjectScript.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software code within a multi-tier architecture.
• Gather requirements and design solutions using object-oriented principles.
• Maintain core systems infrastructure, including operating systems, web servers, and databases.
• Adapt to both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise experience with multi-tier software architecture.
• Proficiency in COBOL and Caché ObjectScript.
• Experience with XML and SQL.
• Working knowledge of .NET.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and class methods.
• Extensive knowledge of multiple programming languages.
• Experience with core systems infrastructure such as operating systems and web servers.
