Description

Lead technical design and development of Salesforce solutions while managing a development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and technical direction of the development team.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura.
• Evaluate business and technical requirements to determine declarative versus programmatic approaches.
• Lead evaluation of project approaches, artifacts, and technical options for stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively manage technical risks and project decision-making processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency with Force.com and Salesforce.com platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Apex development.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Lightning Aura components.
• Ability to design front and backend solution architectures.
• Experience with development and release management strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
