You will develop and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Implement logic using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Build and manage scoped applications, specifically for FSM.
- Configure and adjust the mobile UI for field technicians.
- Implement offline capabilities within the mobile application.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Expertise with Glide API.
- Experience with ServiceNow scoped application development.
- Familiarity with FSM modules (Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Dispatcher Workspace).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Now Mobile app configuration.
- Experience developing for Field Agent Mobile App.
- Understanding of Territory and Resource Management.
