Description

You will develop and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions using Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
  • Implement logic using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • Build and manage scoped applications, specifically for FSM.
  • Configure and adjust the mobile UI for field technicians.
  • Implement offline capabilities within the mobile application.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Expertise with Glide API.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scoped application development.
  • Familiarity with FSM modules (Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Dispatcher Workspace).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Now Mobile app configuration.
  • Experience developing for Field Agent Mobile App.
  • Understanding of Territory and Resource Management.
