Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, with a focus on Field Service Management (FSM) and mobile solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
• Implement logic using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Build and manage scoped applications specifically for FSM modules.
• Configure the mobile UI for field technicians and implement offline capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Expertise with Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow scoped application development.
• Familiarity with FSM modules (Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Dispatcher Workspace).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Now Mobile app configuration.
• Experience developing for Field Agent Mobile App.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Territory and Resource Management.
