Description

You will design and build a custom application onboarding and self-service platform in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using ITSM, App Engine, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
• Build secure self-service onboarding workflows incorporating approval processes for Security, DBA, and Platform teams.
• Integrate ServiceNow with HashiCorp Vault and other 3rd-party systems via Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Ensure strong security, RBAC, auditability, and compliance, specifically preventing secret storage within ServiceNow.
• Act as technical lead, reviewing designs, guiding junior developers, and setting best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with custom scoped apps, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog scripting.
• Proven experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Good understanding of security protocols, approval flows, and process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical developers.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM, REST APIs, and RBAC.
