Description

You will design and implement optimized IT operations solutions using ServiceNow ITOM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign IT operations processes.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops.
• Perform gap analysis and propose improvements.
• Work on Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Support UAT, training, and adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of IT Operations and ITIL best practices.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM architecture.
• Ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL certification.
