Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute SharePoint migration activities including SharePoint Online tenant migrations and on-premise to online migrations.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online and on-premises) and support SharePoint developer tasks across environments.
• Build automation using Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to support migration and operational workflows.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for deployment and release processes.
• Use scripting (SPO PowerShell, Bash, Python) and monitoring/logging (Azure Monitor) to troubleshoot, validate, and operate migration activities.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint development and migration projects.
• SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint development experience.
• Experience with MS Teams and Microsoft 365 collaboration integration during migrations.
• Hands-on migration experience for SharePoint Online tenant migrations and on-premise to online migrations.
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) plus CI/CD using Azure DevOps; scripting with SPO PowerShell, Bash, or Python; monitoring/logging with Azure Monitor.

Good to Have:

• SharePoint MOSS and SharePoint 2013 experience.
• Understanding of .NET and SQL.
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio agent creation.
• Familiarity with agile development and DevSecOps principles, plus security and compliance experience.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
